The Global VT Rewards Campaign:
Terms and Conditions:
• All persons (“Participants”) entering the Global Vehicle Testing Rewards platform (“Promotion”) agree that the Promotion rules, as set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), shall apply and are binding on them.
• TLC Worldwide (Pty) Ltd (“TLC”) and Global Vehicle Testing are collectively referred to as the “Promoters” in respect of the Promotion for purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
• The campaign commences on 1st August 2023 00h01 and ends on 31st August 2024 23h59 23h59 all days inclusive or while stocks last.
Nature of the Rewards:
• These Terms and Conditions cover the rewards that we source for you from our partners. The Promoters of these rewards are Global Vehicle Testing with its registered address at 126 Rivonia Road Sandown Sandton, 2031 and TLC Marketing Worldwide Proprietary Limited, with its registered address at 1st Floor, Block F; 150 Linden Road, Strathavon, Sandton, 2196 (“TLC”).
• By accessing these rewards, you, as the customer agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you consent to us sharing your personal data with affiliates (means, in relation to TLC Worldwide, any entity Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with TLC Worldwide from time to time) and suppliers for purposes of this reward. In this regard, the Participant acknowledges and hereby consents to the Promoters and suppliers collecting certain personal information about the Participant for the purposes of this Promotion, including the contact details such as telephone number(s) and email address(es). The Promoters undertake not to sell, use or share this information to or with third parties, or for any other purpose other than related to this Promotion, unless we have received your prior written consent, but may disclose the information if required by law.
• These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions applicable to Global Vehicle Testing sale of products. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions applicable to the account or service and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply as far as the rewards are concerned.
Qualifying Criteria:
• You are a permanent resident and/or citizen of the Republic of South Africa.
• You have a valid identity number.
• You have a valid driver’s license.
• You are 18 years and older.
• You have had a registered vehicle approved for roadworthiness.
Reward Offers:
Qualifying Participants will receive a total of six (6) rewards from the following rewards:
• 100MB Data (All networks).
• R30 Debonairs voucher
• R30 Nando’s voucher
• R30 Steers voucher
• R50 Spur voucher
• R40 Uber eats
How to Redeem the Global Vehicle Testing Rewards:
• Consumer/dealership’s driver to take their respective vehicle(s) to any Global VT testing station and pay for a roadworthy test to be conducted on their vehicle(s).
• The customer/driver will receive a scratch card per vehicle. This will reveal a unique code.
•The client will scan the QR code on the scratch card and complete the form with all their information on it.
• Once the form is completed, they will click submit and select one of the six rewards.
After choosing a reward they will see the t’s and c’s and claim on the page.
• Verification, if any will be completed within twenty-four (24) business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Participants with valid entries as set out in section 1 above shall receive an SMS with their reward voucher and instructions on how to redeem.
• Participants whose entries do not meet the criteria set out in section 1 of these terms and conditions shall receive an SMS advising them that their entry does not qualify.

Rewards Descriptions and Conditions:
• Each Participant will be entitled to one (1) entry only and thereafter one (1) reward per person from the six options.
• Only original, authentic and valid unique codes will be accepted on the microsite.

To redeem your Uber Eats voucher download the Uber Eats App via Apple or
Google Play store and register an account:
• Open Uber Eats App on your mobile device.
• Browse and select the preferred restaurant you wish to order from.
• Browse and select the preferred meal/s you wish to order.
• Upon selecting your meal, select the options that go with the meal. E.g.: quantity, mild, hot, extra side, beverage etc.
• If satisfied with your selection click 'add to cart'.
• Click view cart.
• Click Go to Checkout.
• Ensure the correct delivery address is selected.
• Add promo code if applicable.
• Click on payment options (below total price).
• Select the appropriate payment option (Cash/Card)
• Click Next
• Select the amount you would like to add as a tip (gratuity) or you may select 'not now'.
• Click Place Order'
• Customers may only make use of one voucher code per entry.
• The Customer is allowed one voucher per transaction, if the whole balance is not used it will be forfeited.
• Uber Eats voucher may not be transferrable nor exchanged for cash.
• Uber Eats voucher may only be used for the duration stipulated.
• Existing Uber promo codes may not be used in conjunction with the voucher or applied towards the same transaction.
• The voucher may only be used within the Republic of South Africa and excludes cross-borders.
• The voucher is valid for Uber Eats purchases only and may not be applied for Uber Ride purchases.

To redeem your R30 Airtime, dial *120*120120*01*PIN# (Pin provided in SMS).
• Follow the prompts on the USSD for the data to be loaded onto your mobile phone.
• The voucher is valid for one (1) month after the date the reward pin is received.

Restrictions
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable and the organizer’s reserve the right to substitute any reward with another reward of similar or equal value.
• The organisers do not guarantee any buy-back of any of the rewards given away in the promotion.
• Only one proof of purchase per participant may be used per pin.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged or swapped.
• Rewards can be retracted if products are returned to the store or group.

• Without detracting in any way from the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the following general provisions shall apply to these Rules.
• The Promoter/s of this Promotion are the Organisers. The Organisers will interpret the Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time following the provisions contained in these Rules.
• The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this Promotion.
• IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, THE DECISION OF THE ORGANISERS WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING AND NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO IN THIS REGARD FOR FURTHER CLARITY, THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO DEAL WITH SUCH DISPUTES (OR ANY FAILURE BY ENTRANTS TO FOLLOW THE RULES) IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, INCLUDING THAT THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE ENTITLED, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS WHICH THE ORGANISERS MAY HAVE IN TERMS OF THESE RULES, TO IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFY ENTRANTS FROM THIS PROMOTION. • FROM AND AGAINST ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, CLAIM OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, AND/OR THE USE, ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF A PRIZE, AND/OR PARTICIPATION (OR NON-PARTICIPATION) IN A PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.
• Participants who, in the Organisers’ sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Rules and/or Terms and Conditions or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and shall not be eligible to receive a reward.
• Global Vehicle Testing and TLC Worldwide are not responsible for any reward misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone/group other than TLC Worldwide.
• ADDITIONAL TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS CONTAINED IN THE PROMOTION RULES, THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE ORGANISERS WILL PROVIDE A NOTICE ON THE WEBSITE AND IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS TO REVIEW SUCH WEBSITE IN THIS RESPECT. IN SUCH EVENT, ALL ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS WHICH THEY MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THE ORGANISER PARTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE ORGANISER PARTIES.
• THE PROMOTERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE THAT MAY RESULT IN AN ENTRY NOT BEING SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED. ANY REWARD VOUCHER IS ACCEPTED BY A PARTICIPANT AT HIS/HER OWN RISK AND THE ORGANISERS ARE NOT LIABLE, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY DEFECT IN THE REWARD.
• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE PROMOTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY: CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LOSSES (WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE), EXPENSES OR COSTS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COSTS ON AN ATTORNEY AND OWN CLIENT SCALE) OR INJURIES OF WHATSOEVER NATURE (TOGETHER REFERRED TO AS “LOSSES”), SUFFERED BY THE PARTICPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF THIS PROMOTION (WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) AND/OR THE PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION; AND THE PARTICIPANT INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE PROMOTERS AGAINST ANY LOSSES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED OR ARISING.
• The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promoters. If this is the case, the Organisers will provide notice of this on the Website. • A copy of the Promotion rules is available at no cost to the Participants and can be downloaded in printable form on the redemption reward site.
EXCLUSIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS:
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participant or the Promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA").
• By entering the Programme following its terms, Participants acknowledge that the Programme will be managed following the provisions of the CPA. Qualifying participants undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoters to comply with their obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to providing such personal information as may be required to facilitate handing over the reward.
• The Promotion is conducted following the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Should any of these Terms and Conditions be deemed void or unenforceable, then that portion will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining rules will remain in force.
